The vessel is designed as a twin screw vessel driven by twin diesel engines through two controllable pitch propellers in the fixed nozzle at the stem for operation in unrestricted waters and for multipurpose roles such as:

• To retrieve & launch marine navigation buoys
• To provide repair and maintenance to marine navigational buoy
• To transport marine navigational buoys and/or spare parts
• To transport general cargoes
